I’m a dedicated practitioner driven by a genuine passion for helping others feel their absolute best physically, emotionally, and holistically. From an early fascination with birth and babies to a deep respect for the resilience of the human body. I’ve always been inspired by the incredible journey of life. It’s a true honour to walk alongside families through every stage. From pregnancy and postpartum to the evolving seasons beyond offering care that is compassionate, informed, and empowering.

I believe that support during life’s most transformative moments should feel safe, personalized, and uplifting. Whether I’m working with new parents, growing families, or individuals seeking balance in their everyday lives. My approach is rooted in connection, trust, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Outside of my professional world, my life is joyfully full. I’m a proud dog mom to two energetic labs named Tucker and Tahoe who keep me laughing and on my toes. I am a fun-loving aunt to four wonderful nieces and nephews who remind me daily of the magic of curiosity and play. I thrive on movement and adventure whether I’m diving out of the way at dodgeball, carving down snowy slopes on a snowboard, or cruising along on rollerblades. Staying active keeps me grounded, balanced, and energized, allowing me to show up fully for both my clients and the people I love.
